St. Vincent's Medical Center St. Vincent's Medical Center (SVMC) is currently embarking on a $41 million Capital Campaign that will address the healthcare needs of the community for generations to come. The construction of a new wing, the expansion and modernization of Emergency Services, the enhancement of Oncology Services through the building of the Elizabeth M. Pfriem/SWIM Center for Cancer Care and the reorganization of hospital space, are all vital elements in this bold strategy. The result will be a sophisticated, user-friendly model Medical Center for all residents of this region.

St. Vincent's Medical Center is a major, 397 bed acute care hospital and a leading referral center for open-heart surgery, total joint replacement and cancer serving Southwestern Connecticut and Westchester County, New York. With centers of excellence in cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics, bariatrics, women's and family services, senior services and behavioral health services, St. Vincent's has earned national and regional recognition for the compassion of its staff, the commitment to patient satisfaction and the quality of care. St. Vincent's has an active medical staff of 450 physicians representing a comprehensive range of more than 50 specialty and subspecialty medical and surgical disciplines.

SVMC is a subsidiary of St. Vincent's Health Services, which includes Hall-Brooke Behavioral Health Services, St. Vincent's College, St. Vincent's Special Needs Services, St. Vincent's Foundation and St. Vincent's Immediate Health Care Centers.
