Dianne J. Auger
President/CEO, St. Vincent’s Medical Center Foundation

Dianne is no stranger to the needs and issues of Fairfield County residents. She brings her extensive experience working for the American Red Cross, Ahlbin Centers for Rehabilitation Medicine among other noted institutions to lead the Medical Center Foundation. As President of St. Vincent’s Medical Center Foundation, Dianne directs the strategic planning and execution of all fundraising efforts for St. Vincent’s Health Services, including the SWIM Across the Sound.
In her role as Senior Vice President of St. Vincent’s Health Services, Dianne is responsible for planning, directing and managing all the external operational activities of St. Vincent’s and its affiliate organizations including planning and marketing, public affairs, community relations, advocacy and government relations.
Executive Director, St. Vincent's Medical Center Foundation
Lyn McCarthy recently joined the team at St. Vincent’s Medical Center Foundation as the new Executive Director. In this new role, she will lead the Foundation team as they continue to raise funds for and awareness of St. Vincent’s. “Lyn comes to St. Vincent’s with extensive experience in senior management, fundraising, budgeting and marketing,” said Dianne Auger. “She has a proven record in donor cultivation, team building and community involvement. She will be a great asset to the Foundation as we continue raising the resources we need to serving our mission.”
Most recently she was the senior development and community relations officer at the American Red Cross. In her thirteen year career at the Red Cross, Lyn was responsible for developing and executing special events, major gifts and annual giving. Lyn was a disaster fundraising officer during Hurricane Sandy, managing a team of fundraising professionals and raising millions of dollars from corporations, foundations and individuals.
A former physical therapist for 25 years, Lyn received her bachelor of science degree in physical therapy from Boston Bouve College, Northeastern University and her MBA from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield. She is a member of the National American Red Cross Tiffany Circle Cabinet, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the National Committee on Planned Giving and Greater Bridgeport Women's Leadership. Lyn lives in Easton with her husband Jim.
Director of Major Gifts
Kimberly Pugh has recently become a member of the St. Vincent’s Medical Center Foundation as Director of Major Gifts.
Kim brings with her 14 years of experience in front line fundraising as Director of Development for Rumsey Hall School for over 12 years and most recently as Chief Advancement Officer and Director of External Affairs at Cheshire Academy. Over her career she has raised over $25 Million from a broad base of donors in support of buildings, programs and endowment. Kim has been responsible for many areas of fundraising including annual giving, capital giving, major gifts, special events and managing volunteers.
She looks forward to helping the Foundation in meeting its important responsibilities and goals.
